Initial Needs Evaluation

  • 1 hour consultation to discuss how we can best fill your financial needs

Regular Bookkeeping

$70 / hr
  • Regular Bookkeeping is billed at $70 per hour, but if you are a Payroll client, we offer a 10% discount ($63 per hour).

Bookkeeping Training Session

$300
  • 4 hours of training on Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, or Xero

Monthly Retainers

Custom pricing per client
  • Customized packages for each client’s unique needs. Packages can include a set amount of Bookkeeping hours per month, Payroll, subscription to the accounting software of client’s choice (ie, Quickbooks Online), as well as year-end tax filings.

Our supplemental benefits packages are based on each business and highly custom.

Nearly all small business owners hope to one day offer traditional Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, but it often takes time and incoming revenue to be able to afford some of these plans.  For companies who care about their employees well-being, even if Major Med plans aren’t quite in the budget yet, Aflac is often an excellent option.  Aflac policies are available at no cost to the business owners (contributions towards the policies would be paid by employees), or the owners can elect to put money towards these policies on behalf of their employees.
